Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow SaaS product sales
  • Lead B2B sales efforts and manage the full sales funnel
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish-long client relationships
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
  • Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts for leadership
  • Mentor and manage a growing sales team
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Collaborates with staff, Board of Directors, partners, vendors and other staff to carry out the mission and goal of our organization
  • Develops and regularly updates a comprehensive business development plan, with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines to achieve agency sustainability and annual budget goals
  • Analyzes and identifies scope for business case analysis and recommends solutions and improvements to business procedures
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
