Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Guwahati. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Willingness to work on-site in Guwahati
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
