Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team, ensure excellent client servicing, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing sales operations, managing team performance, and ensuring timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities:Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Allocate targets, assign routes, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and on-ground sales support.
  • Develop a healthy sales culture built on discipline, performance, and ethics.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure repeat business.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Create sales strategies, monthly route plans, and territory mapping.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans for achieving them.

Follow-Ups & Reporting

  • Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
  • Track and follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues.
  • Maintain and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management.

Market Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide market feedback to the product and marketing team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
