Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Aarki, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth specifically targeting gaming and non-gaming app marketers in India. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, establishing strong relationships, and demonstrating the value of our User Acquisition and Re-Engagement solutions. Your success in developing strategic partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the region and ensuring long-term success. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from customer identification to prospecting and ultimately closing new deals. You will have the opportunity to present Aarki's programmatic solutions to key decision-makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies. Additionally, your role will involve securing new business contracts, launching new customers successfully, and utilizing our marketing resources to drive brand awareness and close deals. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 6 years of sales experience in programmatic advertising, preferably with a background in mobile DSPs, User Acquisition, and Retargeting. A deep understanding of mobile marketing strategies and technologies, including DSPs, ad networks, and attribution, is essential. You should have an established network of relationships with app marketers or media agencies in India and be adept at adopting a strategic and consultative sales approach. Strong communication and presentation skills are key, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels within organizations. Furthermore, we are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are eager to drive significant growth for the company. This role requires a high level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently while achieving results. Collaboration with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing is crucial for success in this role. Staying updated on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising and meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals through a comprehensive understanding of Aarki's suite of solutions are also important aspects of this position.,
