Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies for global exports and the Indian market, implementing and generating sales of leathergoods for the organisation, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales Management and Leadership skills
Experience with working with AI and CRM tools
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and managing customer relationships
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in the leather goods industry is a plus
