Job Description

Epiroc India is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Manager who takes care sales of Epiroc Drilling Equipment and consumables in entire Northeast region and Bhutan under Kolkata region, direct as well as through the distributors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of Epiroc Drilling Equipment and consumables in entire Northeast region and Bhutan under Kolkata region.
  • Take cares the sales operation of direct as well as through the distributors.
  • Responsible for Sales developments, achieve sales targets, clear focus on Key Accounts.
  • Retain market share and develop new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for the distributor management and gathering competition information.
  • Mapping new business potentials and track performance of equipment, new projects tracking etc.

Education Qualification Requirement:

  • Graduate in Mining / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Postgraduate in Sales / Marketing Management would be an advantage.
  • Required Experience of 8-10 years of proven performance in Capital Equipment Sales and/or product marketing within Mining and Construction Industry.

Competences, skills and experience:

  • A self-propelled and is driven with proactive approach.
  • Result oriented and good team player.
  • Loves meeting customers and create value.
  • Person with Assertive approach with willingness to travel.
  • Clear thinker with mature for judgment and decision-making approach,
  • Positive solution oriented and believes that there is always a better way, is also a prerequisite for this assignment.
  • One should have excellent communication and interpersonal relationship building Skill.
  • A person with good collaboration and open-minded approach.
