Job Title: Sales Manager – Diamond Jewellery (B2B)Location: Mumbai, MaharashtraExperience: 4–5 years About the Role:We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales for our Diamond Jewellery division, focusing on the domestic market. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship skills, an understanding of jewellery trends, and the ability to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market shareBuild and manage relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partnersAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsConduct market research and identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiativesRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Qualifications:4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the diamond or fine jewellery segmentStrong understanding of domestic jewellery market trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to lead and motivate a sales teamExperience with Lab-grown Diamonds is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
