Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing within the interior design or construction industry. This role demands excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a willingness to work on the field to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote interior design services and products.
-Identify and build relationships with potential clients (builders, architects, real estate developers, corporates, etc.).
-Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide customized interior solutions.
-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Coordinate with the design and execution team to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
-Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
-Strong background in sales and marketing (preferably in interiors, furniture, or construction industry).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to handle field work and client meetings.
-Target-driven mindset with leadership and team coordination skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirements:
-Must be open to extensive field work.
-Own vehicle preferred for client visits.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
