We are currently seeking a full-time Wellness Sales Manager for a hybrid role based in Panchkula, with the flexibility of working from home. The primary responsibility of the Wellness Sales Manager is to drive sales of our wellness services, cultivate and maintain client relationships, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets. Daily activities will involve overseeing the sales process, reaching out to potential clients, organizing promotional events, and collaborating with the marketing team to boost brand visibility. Additionally, the role entails monitoring sales performance, creating reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in sales, client relationship management, and sales strategy development. Knowledge of holistic wellness, Ayurvedic, and Naturopathy practices is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment is crucial, as well as proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics. Previous experience in the wellness or healthcare industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.,
