Your responsibilities in this role will focus on providing comprehensive support for the CRM Product Owner TI and the independently Managed Businesses (IMBs) within the Transformation of Industry (TI) Business Area. This includes assisting Siemens Energy accountable Product Owners throughout project lifecycles and handling clerical tasks on the Salesforce platform. Your key tasks will involve creating Salesforce training materials, collecting requirements from stakeholders, translating requirements into detailed User Stories, performing User Acceptance Tests, collaborating with remote teams, managing Salesforce users, developing Dashboards and Reports, ensuring data integrity, and responding to Transformation of Industry requests within Salesforce. Siemens Energy seeks applicants with 2-4 years of experience, excellent command of spoken and written English, knowledge of sales tools and software, sales experience (preferred), creative problem-solving skills, self-determination in addressing business issues, and basic knowledge/experience with Salesforce. Advanced communication and presentation skills, along with good negotiation abilities, are mandatory. Fluency in English for business purposes (spoken and written) is also a requirement. This role is based in Vadodara and offers the opportunity to work with teams that impact entire cities, countries, and future developments.
