Job Description

We are looking for a Patient support consultant to handle queries from Patient and provide support to them. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that patient service is provided to its best quality. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES · Patient consultations and engagement. · Patients follow up. · Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions. · Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient. · Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM. · Ensure 100% adherence to schedule. · Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries. CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE (MUST-HAVES): § 12th pass / Graduate § 0-2 years of experience. § Excellent communication skills. § Must be patient, positive, and professional. § Ability to set and meet goals. LANGUAGE SPECIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES): · For North Center: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil (Mandate)
