Sales Executive Real Estate (PUNE)

As a Sales Executive in the Real Estate industry located in Pune West (Hinjewadi Phase 2), you will be responsible for working on qualified leads provided by the company, making outbound calls, conducting site visits, and closing deals. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our residential sales team in Pune West. Your key responsibilities will include calling and following up with assigned leads, understanding client requirements to suggest suitable property options, coordinating and conducting site visits with clients, maintaining CRM to update lead status regularly, assisting with documentation for smooth client onboarding, and meeting individual monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, possess strong communication and convincing skills, be familiar with Pune West areas like Wakad, Baner, Hinjewadi, etc., be willing to travel locally for site visits, be based in Pune or ready to relocate, and own a two-wheeler (preferred). The work location for this position is our office in Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune, and you must be comfortable with daily commuting to the office.
