Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales within the real estate or builder industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and site visits
• Convert potential leads into successful sales through structured follow-ups and presentations
• Conduct client meetings, property showings, and site visits
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the marketing team to run property promotions and campaigns
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, projects, pricing, and competitors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and sales progress

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within a real estate firm or with a builder/developer
• Strong understanding of the Gurgaon property market (or your area of operation)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals
• Basic computer skills – MS Excel, Email, CRM knowledge is a plus
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
