Sales Executive (Non-IT)

The Sales Executive position requires a highly motivated and result-driven individual with at least 1 year of experience in cold calling and lead generation. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, initiating contact with potential customers, and building strong client relationships in a non-IT domain. Your key responsibilities will include conducting cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments, understanding customer needs and providing relevant product or service information, following up on leads and prospects regularly to convert them into business opportunities, maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM) with accurate information, achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, preparing and delivering presentations or proposals to clients when required, collaborating with the sales team and management to develop strategies and improve conversion rates, and staying informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, specifically in cold calling or telemarketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, self-motivation, target-orientation, and the ability to work independently, as well as proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Nice to have qualifications for the Sales Executive position include experience in field sales or inside sales in a non-IT industry, familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes, and fluency in English and Punjabi.
