Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales Industry: Building Materials / Construction Location: Bengaluru Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years CTC : ₹23,800 – ₹31,600 per month (based on experience and performance) Employment Type: Full Time Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive with experience in the manufacturing materials sector (P Sand, C Sand, Concrete Blocks, Ready Mix Concrete - RMC) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, strong product knowledge, and a passion for customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, phone calls, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, real estate developers, and individual clients. Promote and sell products including P Sand, C Sand, blocks, and RMC as per customer requirements. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and follow-ups. Required Skills:Proven experience in the sales of construction or manufacturing materials (minimum 2 years). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Good knowledge of the local market and customer base. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Fluency in local language and English. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
