Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall sales performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (if field sales is required).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
• Fluency in local language(s) and basic English.
• Experience in [industry – FMCG, Pharma].

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
