Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch/ Vadodara/Ankleshwer for a Sales Executive to Technical Support. The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include working closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or related field
• BSc / B.Tech ( Both are eligible to apply)
