We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for meeting clients at their locations, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings at their premises.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Sales Executive Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and sales metrics.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
