Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential B2B clients across industries
Pitch and demonstrate simulation solutions to prospects
Generate leads through networking, industry research, and outreach
Handle client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with technical and production teams to create proposals and quotes
Negotiate and close deals
Track leads and maintain CRM records

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or service-based sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and explain technical services (3D, simulation, training tools)
Experience in lead generation and cold outreach
Comfortable working on-site at our Chennai office
Highly organized and target-driven

Preferred Experience

Selling services or solutions to sectors like medical, industrial training, architecture, or ed-tech
Prior experience in simulation, VR, AR, or 3D-based businesses

Salary & Incentives

Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month based on experience
Commission on every successful project closure
Performance bonuses and career growth opportunities
