Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales of industrial air compressors and related solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell air compressors, dryers, filters, and accessories to industrial clients Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities Conduct technical presentations and site visits to understand customer requirements Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender submissions Coordinate with the service team for installations, commissioning, and after-sales support Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers Achieve sales targets and expand customer base in assigned territory Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports Requirements:Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering 1–5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales (preferably air compressors or pneumatic products) Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willing to travel and visit customer sites regularly Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting Benefits:Competitive salary + incentive structure Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Opportunity to work with leading brands like FS-Curtis USA Growth-oriented work environment Training and skill development programs
