Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leading sales and business development efforts while providing exceptional technical support to clients. Your primary role will involve establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and offering customized solutions that align with our company's offerings. Additionally, you will be conducting market analysis, overseeing proposal preparation, and ensuring successful project execution to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. In the realm of Sales & Business Development, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for automation products, with a specific focus on PLC, HMI, Servo, and VFD solutions. Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, comprehending their technical needs and business requirements, and creating and delivering tailored sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals will also be part of your responsibilities. Your expertise in Technical Support & Consultation will be vital as you provide specialized technical guidance on PLCs, HMIs, Servo motors, and VFD applications. You will assist clients in selecting the most suitable automation solutions, considering both technical specifications and budget constraints. Collaboration with the technical team to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer post-sale support will also be essential. Moreover, your role will involve conducting Market & Competitor Analysis by researching market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the automation sector. Your insights and feedback on customer requirements and potential product improvements will be crucial for the product development team. In terms of Proposal & Project Management, you will be responsible for preparing detailed quotations, technical proposals, and contracts while negotiating terms to secure sales. You will oversee project implementation phases and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
