The company is a leading manufacturer of specialized heat exchangers and heat exchanger-based systems for diverse process industries, including chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and more. With innovation and sustainability at its core, they delivers engineered solutions that enhance energy efficiency and process optimization. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our Heat Exchangers Business Unit. The role involves both sales execution and strategic marketing to expand business reach in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales Responsibilities: Identify prospective customers in the process industry and generate leads. Promote and sell heat exchangers and associated systems to OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and end users. Conduct client meetings, understand technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers to ensure order closure. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and long-term partnerships. Achieve assigned sales targets and regularly report sales performance to management. 🔹 Marketing Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Participate in and represent the company at industry seminars, exhibitions, and conferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and promotional content. Assist in creating marketing collateral like brochures, case studies, and technical articles. Build brand visibility and product awareness through focused outreach activities in the region. Required Skills & Competencies: Experience in selling industrial products such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or similar capital equipment. Strong technical understanding of thermal systems and industrial applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated geography.
