Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through inside sales and lead generation. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, holding initial discussions, and setting appointments for further engagement. The role involves closely collaborating with the sales team to drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Business Development and client relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the training and consulting industry is a plus
