Sales Development Representative

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and fluent Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team. As an SDR, your primary role will be to engage potential leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings for the closing team. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is proactive, articulate, and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn (no cold calling scripts we value real conversations). • Engage and qualify potential clients in the Dutch market. • Identify client needs and pain points to pitch our solutions effectively. • Book qualified appointments for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses in CRM. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level) is a must. • Strong verbal and written communication in English. • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales (SDR/BDR roles preferred). • Confident and professional phone presence. • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. • Comfortable using CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn for outreach.
