Job Description

The primary focus of a Senior/Sales Development Representative (SDR/SSDR) is to generate International/Domestic SMB leads for our products through Outbound Prospecting via various outreach channels such as Cold/Warm Calls, LinkedIn, Email etc. coordinate with Sales Managers and help them to build healthy pipeline which can be readily closed, deliver first level product demo and record all your activities in Sales CRM. What you will do As the SDR/SSDR of this team, your roles and responsibilities include: Act as the first point of contact with the prospects and outbound leads. Work towards materializing Lead Qualification. Assign leads to sales teams. Coordinating meetings with clients and prospects. Data mining through different web portals. Database management and segregation. Candidate Requirements Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience : 3-6 years What we are looking for Must haves Effective communication skills and has an innate ability to relay information in a meaningful manner to the management. He/ She must be well-versed with Excel, and other Microsoft tools.Sound knowledge of software industry is desirable. International market experience preferred (Africa/APAC & Middle-East.) . IT-Software / Software Services / Sales experience. Must have excellent soft-skills. Must have excellent sales and customer management skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PPT. 3-6 Years Good to Haves Should have good negotiation skills.
