Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to conduct cold calls to North American leads with the goal of booking meetings and demos. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in our sales process. Your ability to communicate fluently in English and persuade potential clients is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients in North America to generate interest and book meetings and demos. Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and research. Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of our IT services and solutions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and objections. Follow up on leads and ensure timely scheduling of meetings and demos. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: Impeccable, fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or direct client interactions. Persuasive and confident in presenting solutions to potential clients. Preferably from an IT background or with experience working in IT companies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar SDR role within the IT industry. Knowledge of the North American market. Experience with various sales techniques and methodologies.
