Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner. Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote offerings and close sales. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency. Process orders, forms, and applications accurately. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve complex issues. Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales and/or customer service (2+ years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
