Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Pitch marketing and advertising solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.



Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or business development (preferably in marketing/advertising).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and following up on leads.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.
