Job Overview We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Associate with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. Job Responsibilities and Duties Engage with customers to discern their trip preferences and expectations . Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities. Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships. Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale Maintaining and updating the lead generation database. Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business. Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams. Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real-life situations. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or any other Graduation degree Strong analytical skills and ability to identify potential customers Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience or Interest in travel acumen is a plus. You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales. Experience in Multi-country Sales, National Sales, Sales Training and Community Management would be a strong advantage. You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India. You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are a strong networker & relationship builder You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems What on Offer?
