Job Description

This is a remote position.

Sales / Business Development Executive \u2013 Digital Marketing & Web Development

Company \u2013 NetConnect Digital Agency, based in the US

Market \u2013 the US

Location \u2013 Kochi, Kerala | Hybrid (office plus remote) \u2014 must have at least 4 hours of live overlap with U.S. Eastern Time daily

What you do

Generate & qualify U.S. leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars, and partner networks.
Conduct consultative discovery\u2014unpack pain points, map them to our SEO, paid media, and development solutions, and craft ROI-driven proposals.

Maintain a healthy pipeline in Zoho CRM by forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and logging all activity.

Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and solution architects to price projects and draft SOWs.

Negotiate & close contracts to meet or beat targets.

Represent the brand at virtual events, U.S. trade shows (optional travel), and local tech meet-ups .

Requirements

Must-have skills & experience

3\u20135 years quota-carrying B2B sales in digital marketing, web dev, SaaS, or IT services.

Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, WordPress, and modern web stacks\u2014able to translate tech into business value.

Proven record of \u20b950 L+ annual new-business quota attainment.

Hands-on with Zoho CRM, phone.com (or similar cloud telephony), and Microsoft 365/Teams.

Excellent English; strong written proposals and confident video presence. Malayalam or Hindi is a plus.

Bachelor\u2019s degree (marketing, business, or related) or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-have

Prior exposure to the U.S. SMB market or white-label agency partnerships.

Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint certifications.

Familiarity with contract basics (NDA, MSA redlines).

Commission: 8 \u2013 12 % of gross project value, uncapped.

Ramp-up: only 50 % of quota in the first 90 days, then full targets.
