Job Summary: Ansys is looking for a skilledDevOps Engineer to join our IT Department in Pune. This position will overseeall DevOps activities related to the installation, maintenance, and security ofour WordPress websites. The successful candidate will also consult withinternal stakeholders on best practices, contribute to planning for futurewebsite needs, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our webinfrastructure.

Requirements
Manage the end-to-endlifecycle of WordPress websites, including installation, configuration,updates, and ongoing maintenance.

Implement and enforce robustsecurity measures (SSL, firewall rules, malware scanning, backups) to protectWordPress sites from vulnerabilities and attacks.

Collaborate with Ansys cybersecurityexperts to proactively scan sites and address the identified vulnerabilities.

Monitor system health,uptime, and website performance using tools such as New Relic.

Automate deploymentprocesses and routine tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.

Manage and optimize MySQLdatabases supporting WordPress installations.

Collaborate with developmentteams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technicalguidance on WordPress best practices.

Plan and implementinfrastructure on platforms like Azure, including managing firewalls, routing,and load balancers.

Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex technical issues related to WordPress, Linux environments, andassociated technologies.

Maintain documentation forconfigurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay current with emergingtechnologies and industry best practices in DevOps and WordPress management.

RequiredQualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a DevOpsor similar role with a focus on web application management.

Strong Linux administrative experience.

Proficiency in managingMySQL databases.

Solid understanding of PHP,particularly in the context of WordPress.

Experience with web hostingcontrol panels such as WHM/cPanel.

Hands-on experience withcloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge of networksecurity principles, including firewalls, routing, and load balancers.

Excellent problem-solvingand troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to consult effectively withstakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with containerization technologies(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools(e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

Relevantcertifications in Azure, Linux, or security \u200b
