Our focus is on providing sustainable and high-quality herbal products while fostering community growth. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Neemuch. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, driving sales through customer engagement, maintaining product displays, and keeping track of inventory. Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist in preparing sales reports, supporting promotional activities, and providing feedback on customer preferences to the management team. Qualifications Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Sales Techniques and Retail Operations Familiarity with Inventory Management and Product Displays Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable Show more Show less
