Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate / Engineer based in Chennai. The Sales Associate / Engineer will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, providing technical support and expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the engineering team to tailor solutions to client needs. The role also involves overseeing installations and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal elevator performance.

• Sales and customer relationship management skills
• Technical expertise in elevator systems and engineering
• Ability to prepare and present sales proposals and contract negotiations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with project management and overseeing installations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is a plus
