Our Sales Associates are the voice of CollegePass—helping families understand our unique value proposition and guiding them from interest to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 30–40 connected calls per day to high-intent leads.
• Conduct 1-on-1 online video demos and consultations with students and parents.
• Guide families through our offerings, pricing, and process to convert leads to clients.
• Manage pipelines using CRM tools and coordinate seamlessly with the marketing and advising teams.
• Follow-up with prospective clients regularly to maximize conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, consultation outcomes, and next steps.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year experience in direct sales, customer success, or a fast-paced B2C sales role.
• Confidence to independently handle and close high-ticket educational sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other Indian languages a plus.
• Proven ability to build trust with parents and students in virtual settings.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ready to work hard to make a difference.
