Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for advising and assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting market research, and fine-tuning property recommendations based on client needs. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting property tours, managing property listings, and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Ability to conduct market research and property evaluations
• Proficiency in managing property listings and documentation
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting clients’ needs and preferences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
