Job Summary: We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive B2B service sales. This role involves promoting our digital services including software development, web/mobile app development, and IT consulting to businesses and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and convert B2B leads across sectors like manufacturing, education, retail, real estate, and healthcare Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and channel partners Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with clients Coordinate with the technical team for demos and requirement analysis Participate in events, exhibitions, and local outreach for lead generation Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of B2B sales process Ability to present technical services in simple business terms Knowledge of digital services like websites, mobile apps, ERPs, CRMs Local market awareness and client relationship management Eligibility: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience (IT/digital service background preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools Why Join Us?
