Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role is based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and training clients on product features and benefits. Other tasks include creating marketing materials, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the marketing team to boost brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and team members
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the pet care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
