Key Requirements: ● 4+ experience in customer service within the Medical & Healthcare Industry is preferred. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. ● Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively. ● Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits ● A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
