Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive who can actively manage and convert incoming leads from platforms like Indiamart, make outbound calls to potential wholesale/distributor clients, and help build a strong B2B channel for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily incoming leads from Indiamart and other lead generation platforms.
  • Make outbound calls to interested clients and pitch our Ayurvedic and nutraceutical products.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with wholesale buyers, distributors, clinics, retailers, and resellers.
  • Understand the features and benefits of each product and confidently communicate them to prospects.
  • Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reporting using CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Help identify potential markets and provide insights from client interactions.
  • Support the creation of a systematic B2B sales process and customer feedback loop.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or Indiamart lead handling (preferably in Ayurvedic, pharma, or FMCG sectors).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
  • Ability to handle objections, explain product benefits clearly, and close sales.
  • Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or interest in learning about Ayurvedic products is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with technology—Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
  • Organized and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
