Role & responsibilities : Consult, seek inputs from business heads and prepares Annual Manpower budget and controls headcount movement & costs. Exposure to working on online learning platforms (LMS Learning Management System) Address employee queries and provide support for grievances related to Leaves, attendance, employee policies etc. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Assist employee Engagement team to Plan and support to execute various engagement activities end to end. Support and drive HSE – Initiatives. Drive the Rewards & Recognition program as per policy. Ensure accurate and up to date employees’ records. Report Monthly, quarterly HR MIS/trends. Assist with HR projects, new initiatives as they are announced and rolled out. Preferred candidate profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills.
