*Job Title:* Safety Officer
*Location:* Sri City, Andhra Pradesh
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Safety Program Development and Implementation*: Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- *Safety Inspections and Audits*: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- *Training and Development*: Provide safety training to employees, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure emergency response preparedness.
- *Incident Investigation and Reporting*: Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- *Safety Documentation and Record-Keeping*: Maintain accurate safety records and documentation, including incident reports, safety inspections, and training records.
*Requirements:*
- *Education*: DIS/ AIDS/ Diploma in Fire and Safety, or a related field.
- *Experience*: Minimum 3-8 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- *Skills*:
- Knowledge of safety regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- *Certifications*: First aid, CPR, and other safety certifications are desirable.
*Salary Range:* ₹25000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications ¹ ².
