Rust developer

AVINIKA SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is looking for a Senior Rust Developer to join their team in Indore. As a Senior Rust Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing high-performance software solutions using Rust. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing and testing code, debugging and optimizing software, and contributing to architectural decisions and technology choices. In addition, you will be mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews to maintain coding standards. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Rust programming language and software development. Experience with system programming, concurrency, and memory management is essential. Knowledge of Linux/Unix system internals and network protocols is also required. A strong understanding of software design patterns and data structures, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, are key attributes for this role. Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary, as well as experience in mentoring junior developers or leading a team.
