Duties

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maximize in-store sales through effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Implement initiatives to boost footfall and conversion rates

• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient in budgeting practices and financial analysis related to retail operations.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers for optimal stock procurement.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions, reports, and inventory assessments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed in a dynamic retail environment.
