Retail Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage and oversee all financial operations within our automobile dealership. This role plays a key part in supporting vehicle sales through financing solutions, managing F&I (Finance & Insurance) product sales, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and driving profitability through effective deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:Finance & Insurance (F&I) Operations

• Structure and secure financing deals for new and used vehicle customers.
• Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers in a clear and compliant manner.
• Maximize sales of F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, service contracts, and protection packages.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions, lender submissions, and commissions.
• Reconcile finance income and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for dealership management.
• Support preparation of dealership financial statements and liaise with external and internal auditors as needed.

Lender & Customer Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and third-party lenders.
• Ensure timely funding of deals and resolve any funding or contract discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support for finance-related inquiries.

Compliance & Process Control

• Ensure compliance with local finance and lending regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCRA).
• Adhere to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and dealership policies.
• Maintain high ethical standards and protect customer data confidentiality.

Team Support & Deal Structuring

• Work closely with sales consultants to structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership profitability targets.
• Train and support sales staff on F&I products and customer presentation techniques.
