Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to guests.
Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR) to achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
Strong managerial skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate employees towards achieving goals.
