Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to guests.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR) to achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Strong managerial skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate employees towards achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in costing, guest relationship management, guest handling, guest service, MIS reporting, P&L analysis, sales forecasting, team skills, training.
