Events Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events at the outlet, enhancing the overall guest experience and driving footfall.
• Identify, source, and book trending artists, DJs, performers, and entertainers that align with the outlet’s brand and audience.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on entertainment trends, competitor outlets, and event concepts to keep offerings fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with artists, vendors, and suppliers to manage logistics, technical setups, and specific requirements for events at the outlet.
• Be physically present during all events to ensure smooth execution, crowd engagement, and immediate troubleshooting when required.
• Ensure all events align with the outlet's brand standards and contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
