Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings

- Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve sales and service goals

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement

- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation

- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to optimize profitability

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee development and retention

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume establishment
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols, as well as local health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
