Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and billing teams.
Staff Supervision
Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
Motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
Customer Service
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high service standards at all times.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage suppliers.
Ensure proper storage and reduce wastage.
Sales & Profitability
Drive sales and control operational costs.
Implement marketing strategies and promotions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Hygiene & Compliance
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed.
Comply with health and food safety regulations.
Cash & Billing Management
Manage billing, cash flow, and daily closures.
Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
