Job Summary: The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. They play a key role in coordinating operations during service hours and resolving guest concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Supervise waitstaff and coordinate table assignments. Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Ensure proper presentation and quality of food and drinks before serving. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in training and guiding new team members. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service. Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance guest experience. Ensure billing and payment procedures are handled correctly. Assist Senior Captain and Restaurant Manager in daily operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Waiter or Captain in a restaurant or hotel. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Good communication in English and Hindi. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Educational Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality. Salary:- Rs. 1,20,000 PA to Rs. 2,40,000 PA.
