You are meant for this job if: Bachelors degree in engineering with more than 10 years of relevant industry experience. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, preferably within engineering design of Subsea Production System (SPS) equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D). Proven experience managing teams focused on new product development, product lifecycle management, or project/application engineering. Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as API, ASME, ISO, NORSOK, and ANSI. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration and communication across culturally diverse teams. Capable of presenting complex concepts and reports clearly, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders as needed. Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback and committed to continuous personal and team development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members effectively.
